The company replaced the pair but only after I was forced to call them, twice I might add. Nice shoe, terrible customer service. Orthopedically I agree, they provided great support. I just prefer a much simpler look at address. It is a further step up from the 4.0 If the shape of the shoes are distracting at address, I suggest black or brown shoes and if that doesn't work, you need to work on your concentration.
