Just stumbled upon your blog. Congrats on your new partnership. I like the direction of your website. Promoting those who are avid players to walk the course will definitely help their fitness and health.

When will the TRUE shoes be available for purchase
by mere mortals? I’m due a new pair of shoes very soon.
But, I’m holding out for a pair of these beauties.
Please advise.

Rob Rigg

Hi Dean,

The TRUEs will be available for pre-order in August with an October arrival.

We will only be doing a limited run this year as we ramp up production.

Thanks for your interest and I hope your current shoes can hold out until they get replaced by the TRUEs!

How would I go about placing a preorder? I’m a golf professional in Florida, and would love to get a pair to wear this winter season.

Hi Mark - If you sign up for the Newsletter at www.truelinkswear.com you will get updates on pre-ordering. The updated site should be live in a week or so. Also, feel free to send me an email at rob.rigg@truelinkswear.com and I can let you know when the pre-order is available. Thanks!

Rob,

How do these shoes compare size wise to others? Is the fit pretty much standard. An 11 in another brand an 11 with these? Thanks.

Rob Rigg

Hi Brett,

Consensus thus far is 11 in adi = 11 in TRUE, 11 in Nike = 11.5 in TRUE. If you sign up for the newsletter at www.truelinkswear.com you will get an email with more detailed sizing comparisons before we launch.

The sizing should be pretty much standard - and if you order an 11 for example and you need an 11.5, we will pay for your to return the shoes and ship out the "right" size to you.

Thanks!

Hi Rob,

Thought the shoes were going to be available for pre-order in August. Is that still the case?

I spoke with Mike Moore a few weeks ago who turned me onto the shoes. I work for Harrison Sports, a manufacturer of graphite shafts and going to supply Ryan some shafts to try and was hoping you could help me out in getting a pair or two.

The shoes look extremely comfortable!

Thanks,
Cody Beaumaster

Hi Cody,

We are working on updating the website and ecommerce by end of week - then they will be available for pre-order and expected delivery is mid to late October.

Please email me at rob.rigg@truelinkswear.com if you have any other questions.

Thanks!

how is the arch support? comparable to adi, footjoy or nike?

Rob Rigg

Hi Steve - It is a barefoot platform so there is little arch support although the sockliner does provide good support in the midfoot- the shoe is designed to encourage your foot to function naturally which strengthens your arch.

Thanks,

Rob Rigg

You can order them direct from www.truelinkswear.com - shipping is $30 or $35 - we don't have an Aussie distributor lined up but the shoes are carried at Yarra Yarra.
