Manito GCC is an easy walking course.

Spokane CC is manageable.

Hangman Valley is manageable to tough.

The Lake Padden Golf Course in Bellingham is a very walkable course. Very reasonable price and fun to play as well.

The North Bellingham Golf Course is also a walkable course. A number of good courses in the Bellingham area at very reasonable prices.

I played Desert Canyon Golf Course at Orondo many years ago, not too long after it opened. I had a cart, so there was no attempt to walk the course, but my feeling on this course was that it was next to unwalkable. At best I would have given it a "tough to walk" rating and I was much younger then. I see on their website that all of their rates - including their 'membership' fees - include the cost of a golf cart so that has to tell you something. There were some long hikes from greens to the next tee box and some very steep climbs. I would prefer walking a course at any time, but I had no desire to test this one.

The Semiamhoo Golf Club is a walkable course. (not the Loomis Trail course, which I have not played). Very nice course.
